Seen Late June

There are fewer flowers now. Some of the later wildflowers are now bloom.

Hairy gumweed (Grindelia hirsutula var. davyi)
Wand mullein (Verbascum virgatum)
Common St. Johnswort (Hypericum perforatum)
Yellow starthistle (Centaurea solsticialis)

Yellow flowers

Winecup clarkia (Clarkia purpurea)
Mariposa clarkia (Clarkia biloba ssp. australis)
American bird’s-foot trefoil (Acmispon americanus)
Whiteplume wirelettuce (Stephanomeria exigua ssp. macrocarpa)
Slenderstem lessingia (Lessingia nemaclada)

Pink Flowers

Harvest brodiaea (Brodiaea elegans)
Mountain blue penstemon (Penstemon laetus)

Purple flowers

White flowers

Grasses

Bush beardtongue with leaves turning red
Curly dock (Rumex crispus) in fruit

These are more visible after blooming
